Full Job Description
1. Full support operations, working with the staffing teams and HR to dispatch qualified candidates / resources for the day-to-day project or turnaround manpower requirements, which may include sourcing, telephone screening, testing, background screening and new hire / rehire paperwork.
2. Supervise the duties of cleaning staff to ensure proper performance of all cleaning contracts per customer’s / clients request.
3. Train & conduct proper counseling to the Cleaners and housemaids especially when dispute arises.
4. Monitor continuous learning programs for all cleaning staff. Ensured compliance to all policies and procedure according to safety requirement.
5. Responsible for obtaining and finding new manpower recruitment agencies / companies abroad for manpower supply.
6. Communicate & coordinate with Respective Personnel, Clients as operations requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From QAR 3000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
