- Checking claim submission for proper completion
- Claims tracking & Batch creation
- Sorting claims by adherent number
- Adhere to initial check of insurance eligibility and affiliation
- Scan, and store documents
- File documents in physical and digital records
- Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients
- Manage the flow of documentation within the organization
- Checking claim submission for proper completion
- Ensure that standard format for submission is followed
- Ensure proper documentation, feedback and endorsement on the following :
- Missing information on the claim and standard format of submission are not followed for Network Department to contact the providers
- Return to the provider the claim wherever administrative part of the claim is not complete and is not obtainable on the phone.
- Does other related tasks as required by the Claims Management Department Manager/Assistant Manager.
- Bachelors Degree ; Medical background preferred.
- 3+ years relevant experience in a TPA, Hospitals or Medical Centers.
- Physically fit to carry out duties.
- Legally permitted to work in the country of operations.
- Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills.
