As a Kitchen Technician, you will be responsible for the preventative and routine maintenance of all Kitchen equipment.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining refrigeration, electric ovens, dishwasher, ice machine ETC
- Inspecting, cleaning, adjusting, and repairing equipment when necessary.
- Installing and repairing equipment when required.
- Carrying out minor plumbing, and electrical work.
- Coordinating outside vendor repairs.
– Physical fitness – able to lift and shift heavy kitchen equipment
Qualifications & Requirements:
You will have:
- Minimum 5 years in a Commercial Kitchen equipment environment within project or facilities management.
- Good general maintenance knowledge especially in electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry.
- Valid Kuwait driving license.
- Excellent communication skills.
