  About the Operations team in the Middle East

  The Operations department in the Middle East is based in Doha, Qatar and is small and diverse. The team consists of an Operations Team Lead, two Operations Project Managers, a Maintenance Lead and a Sr. Personnel and Logistics Coordinator. Together you are responsible for running all operational matters in the region, managing multiple projects simultaneously and in different countries, such as but not limited to Azerbaijan, the UAE, Oman and Qatar itself.

  Your role as Jr. Personnel & Logistics Coordinator

  In this role you will be providing (administrative) support to the Middle East (ME) team to enable a smooth operation of our logistic and crew change activities in the region. You do this by assisting the Sr. Personnel and Logistics Coordinator to ensure crew changes on our operational projects are carried out safe and efficient and assisting the Maintenance lead with running the warehouse. Next to this, you are in close contact with suppliers in the region to make sure agreements on quality and delivery standards are met. Lastly, you will be assisting with the day-to-day management of the office to increase overall efficiency and productivity of the team.

  In this role you will report to the Operations Team Lead Middle East.

  Regular activities

  • Picking up and delivering documents
  • Receiving and dispatching goods in and from the warehouse
  • Monitoring contracts and storing them in the right location
  • Liaising with different third parties such as crewing agencies, sponsor agents and suppliers

  We ask

  • > 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in heavy industry
  • Excellent proficiency in English
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office
  • In possession of a valid driver’s license
  • Flexible and problem-solving mindset
