Full Job Description
We are looking for an experienced sales associate with 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing. The candidate will be responsible for leading sales of Solar & ELV solutions and products. Roles and responsibilities include:
– Proactively scope potential clients in government, private, and commercial sectors and build long-term relationships for future business.
– Meet monthly and quarterly sales target which has been mutually agreed by the candidate and their manager.
– Create quotations by ensuring the solutions meets the clients needs and budget while ensuring profit margins are maintained.
– Work closely with manager and vendors to strategize sales and marketing plan and ensuring strategy is successful.
– Research new and cost-effective solar and ELV solutions that meet market needs and demands.
– Participate in bids, clients’ meetings, and site visits to ensure progress.
– Maintain store front and provide excellent customer services to all clients.
Skills and Requirements:
– Must have a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or engineering with specific knowledge in solar technology.
– GCC driver’s license
– Must have analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
– Must be entrepreneurial and confident to take initiative.
– Maintain professionalism at all times.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: OMR 500.00-650.00 per month
