Full DESCRIPTION

Hiring a Business Development Manager for Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and grow existing business.
2. Implement and monitor the business development strategies to ensure that the expected results are achieved.
3. Manage all the activities of the sales cycle with reference to the assigned clients’ portfolio.
4. Define the annual operating plans that support the strategic direction of the assigned markets in line with the defined annual budgets.
5. Collaborate on the development of marketing plans with the dedicated teams, with the competence center in order to find the best proposition of the offer, and with the other market areas to find cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
6. Creation of customers through new business to maintain the targeted revenues.
7. Autonomously run new business activities and plan customer meetings.
8. Ensure the achievement of the assigned revenue goals by following the corporate managerial/operational guidelines.

Key Requirements:

1. MBA from a reputed institute desired.
2. Four years experience as Business Development Manager.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and sound professional business judgment.
4. Fast action & solutions orientated.
