Full Job Description
Charterhouse is working with a high-end lounge and restaurant in Muscat who is looking to hire a Restaurant Manager to lead their team. The Restaurant Manager will report directly to the owners and oversee all day-to-day operations of the lounge.
About the role
The Restaurant Manager will oversee both FOH and BOH, ensuring that all staff are working to achieve an incredible guest experience at all times, with an extensive portfolio of VIP guests. You will handle the day-to-day operations, liaise with suppliers, implement and revise procedures to reduce costs and manage the staff rostering. Keeping the owners updated is key to this role through daily, weekly and monthly reports on sales, staff and inventory.
About you
The successful candidate should be a charismatic and experienced Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager ready to take the next step, experience in a lounge environment would be advantageous, both stand alone or hotel experience will be considered. This role requires a manager who can lead a team whilst handling an array of guests with the highest of expectations.
Due to the scope of the role only female candidates will be considered.
Preference will be given to Arabic speaking candidates but all strong candidates will be considered.
