Full Job Description
City Centre – Corporate Office is looking for a dynamic and dedicated full-time Receptionist. We are looking for an individual who can perform receptionist duties such as:
· Greeting visitors in person or over the phone and answering or referring inquiries.
· Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company website, and other related information.
· Messages are taken and retrieved for different departments/personnel.
· Answer phone calls and transfer callers to the appropriate associate.
· Maintains employee and department directories and gives instructions to visitors;
· Maintains security by adhering to procedures, keeping a logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
· Carries out other duties and responsibilities instructed by the line manager.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience;
- Must have good communication skills and phone mannerisms.
- Good verbal skills in both, Arabic & English.
- Must be presentable at all times.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to KWD 350.00 per month
