Title: Jewellery Tagging & Distribution Assistant / Wholesale Executive
Location: Musqat, Oman
Salary – OMR 400.00 Per Month

Job) Objective: Overall responsibility of Tagging activity and to act as a link between the Gold Wholesale and the Tagging Department.
Key Result Areas
Performance Criteria:
1. Maintain proper order for jewellery received from the shop and jewellery distributed to the shop.
2. Completion of tagging of gold Jewellery in a timely manner.
3. To ensure 100% accuracy in tagging the Jewellery items.
Principle Accountabilities:
- To receive untagged Jewellery from wholesale division and generate tags and get it tagged on daily basis.
- Supervise tagging activities in Tagging Dept. and cross check the weight of Jewellery received for tagging and tagged Jewellery.
- Preparing Transfer Bag Slips for the Jewellery to be sent to the shops and updating it in the Taskman.
- Receiving jewellery and valuables sent by shops through Taskman and updating the same in AX.
- To ensure tagging has been done properly by crosschecking the weight of the article and tags while ship In and ship Out.
- Any other work as assigned by the department head.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Equivalent degree.
- Computer knowledge is a must.
Experience:
- 1-2 years relevant experience in Jewellery Industry (tagging & distribution).
Core Competencies / Skills:
- Excellent communication in English / Hindi.
- Show initiative & Team management skills.
- Excellent coordination and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
