Full Job Description
- Oversees operational processes and ensures continuous improvement to deliver maximum productivity and profitability
- Organizes the tasks within the group assigned to him in close coordination with the Head of Operations
- Acts as subject matter expert for Operations questions
- Coordinates all operational processes (export, import and customs activities) and compliance with regulations and internal procedures
- Ensures teams are meeting customer requirements and takes corrective action when requirements are not met
- Establishes and maintains relationships with customers and suppliers
- Continuous review of supplier performance and development of improvement plans
- Supports the proper implementation of new business
- Controls the interfaces with product and customer service
- Determines the training needs to develop a department
- Completed training as a clerk for forwarding and logistics services
- Extensive knowledge of Logistics Supply Chain
- Very good administrative skills
- Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
- Good IT and PC skills (MS Office, etc.)
- Result-oriented work, ability to work in a team, resilience, flexibility, organizational talent
