Full Job Description
Looking for a highly motivated, experienced Car Detailer, capable of advanced autocare services: exterior and interior detailing, paint and leather protection (application of Nano Ceramic coating/Paint Protection Film/Car Wrapping, and tint protection. This role requires an individual with broad garage/showroom experience (at least 12 years). The incumbent will report directly to the CEO and involve training, training, business development, client interface, sales accounting, stock/inventory management, and new store setup and housekeeping.
Responsibilities
1. Broad scope Autocare applications from regular water/steam wash to advanced detailing/leather/paint protection/restoration of mid to high end supercars,
2. Capable of running and managing daily business (car inspection, client interface, and job scheduling) with minimal supervision.
3. Ability to mentor and train younger staff 4. /must be hands on and have an effective “can do attitude” Qualifications 1. Basic PC skills, but more essentially previous detailing experience (+ 10 years) is a must, 2. Good customer relationship management
3. English and Arabic is a plu
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: OMR 250.00-350.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Muscat: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
