IRC221767 – RECEPTIONIST
At Eni, we are looking for a Receptionist within Eni Abu Dhabi B.V. in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for providing effective Support at the front desk reception as well as to keep an overall supervision to ensure high level of housekeeping and day to day General Services matters on the assigned office floor.
As a member of the cross team at Eni Abu Dhabi B.V. you will be responsible for:
- Performing the duty of reception at the front desk counter on the assigned floor
- Coordinating with the relevant host to provide proper reception to incoming guests and visitors
- Ensuring in coordination with HR and ICT that all employees always have valid and active access cards
- Inserting all required data and secure identification of each individual incoming visitors and guests before
- Issuing them individual office access cards
- Ensuring with physical supervision a high level of cleanliness, safe and hygienic condition and general tidiness on the floor through floor supervisor
- Ensure that the toilets and pantry are always clean and fully stocked with the required relevant consumables
- Including soap, toilet and tissue papers, hand sanitizer, paper towels and air fresher, coffee, tea, milk, water,
- etc.
- Ensuring that all incoming and outgoing mail is distributed / dispatched properly and in time
- Managing bookings of company car and keep a log
- Managing bookings of meeting rooms and keep a log
- Maintaining meeting rooms in good operating condition all the time

- Graduate with experience in a support service in a big and reputable organization. Fluent in English language.
