GAC Sharjah is looking for a young dynamic candidate with good communication skills for the role of Receptionist.
Job Description
- Answer incoming calls in a professional manner, screen and determine the purpose of callers, and forward calls to appropriate personnel and departments
- Receive and direct visitors to the relevant personnel and provide general assistance to guests
- Handle incoming and outgoing post and couriers
- Oversee the reception area and its related functions
- Provide general administrative support
- Create a professional and welcoming impression on visitors and guests, and ensure critical administrative functions flow smoothly
Job Requirements- University degree or equivalent
- Proficient in verbal and written English; knowledge of Arabic is an additional advantage
- Proficient in MS Office applications and other commonly used software
- Prior experience in a similar field; fresh graduates will be considered for the job
