Full Job Description

- To provide direct assistance and confidential secretarial service to the Principal and to support and manage day-to-day administrative issues of the whole school
- Maintain a wide variety of complex manual and electronic documents files and records (e.g. calendars, contacts, time sheets, personnel files, correspondence files)
- Prepare agendas and process minutes of meetings at the direction of the Principal
- Support the work of the Heads of Primary and Secondary
- Plan and coordinate meetings, receptions, luncheons, workshops, travel / accommodations, etc.) for completing activities and/or delivering services in accordance with the Principal’s job description
- Serve as the administration liaison within the schoolPA to the School Principal
