Role Statement
This position has responsibility for the planning and execution of renovation branches (new and Existing) projects and other small projects.
Responsibilities
- Planning, designing, and executing multiple renovation or maintenance new branches and ATM’s projects to meet program requirements, budget and time constraints
- Provides assurance of successful execution of projects and compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinates projects with all impacted to stakeholders.
- Maintains close working relationship and good communications with the user group for each project
- Complies with procurement policies and guidelines
- Review files, drawings and specifications for all projects.
- To meet at regular with the team to keep them currently advised on the status of cost versus budget and the progress of the work
- To coordinate the functions of the estimating, scheduling, purchasing, accounting and operations departments as they relate to the progress and completion of the project.
- To see that all drawings and specifications are examined, prior to beginning construction, for design deficiencies, impractical details and possible code violations, and through a meeting jointly with the vendor along with GSD team.
- To see that the Project Schedule, incorporating dates
- Management to be informed as to the progress of the project, its financial status and current situation.
- Ensure that additional project costs are submitted and accounted for in a timely manner
Skills
- Minimum 5 years experience in the same field
- Degree Holder
- PMP is an added advantage
