1. Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.
2. Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status.
2. Co-ordinate with the vendor management team and the customer service team.
3. Determine staffing levels and assign workload.
4. Ensure shipments and inventories transactions accuracy.
5. Warehouse officer create schedules, monitor stock levels at the warehouse and record new stock as it comes in and move stock onto shelves as needed.
6. To oversee and coordinate with the daily warehousing activities.
7. Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage and timely delivery of goods and materials.
8. Checking orders, bills, items received inventories and deliveries for accuracy.
9. Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
10. Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
11. Responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy workplace.
12. Manages the workflow and the warehouse operations.
13. Assigns and work orders to warehouse associates.
14. Dispatches and answers inbound truck orders.
15. Creates and files sales orders, invoices, productivity reports, packaging lists and other documentation.
16. Works closely with the customer service team to resolve issues.
17. Assists the operations department with fulfillment and quality control.
18. Collaborates with the Operations supervisor and the associates.
19. Reviews open and closed sales orders and invoices.
20. Escalates issues to the operations supervisor when necessary.
21. Responsible for generating reports and compiling all the data.
22. Responsible for organizing all vendor and customer paperwork.
