Majestic Manpower » Job Description for HR Officer Employment Opportunity for Doha
A leading company urgently seeking to hire an experienced HR Officer to manage all the HR and Admin functions independently with minimum supervision of HR Manager. The ideal candidate should possess around 5 years of experience in construction/ contracting company in Qatar and he should have excellent coordination, communication and interpersonal skills.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Manage day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Handle the full cycle of recruitment starting from sourcing to onboarding
- Prepare Payroll, leave & end service settlements and time sheets,
- Take initiative in implementing policies & procedures as well as advanced HR Practices; Grading of employees, Employee relation Activities, Retention programs, Performance Management, Succession Planning and Opportunities of learning & development.
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
- Coordinating with Public Relations Team of all the companies for any pending jobs
- Responsible for managing the companies establishment documents
- Handle the inspection/site visit of third parties including all ministries
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: QAR5,000.00 – QAR7,000.00 per month
