Description
Client / Customer Call Management
- Answer inbound calls in the agreed timely and friendly manner.
- Responding efficiently and accurately to clients, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
- Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing escalations.
- Dealing with client complaints in a positive and proactive manner. Request support of the Team Leader in significant escalations.
- Build positive relationships by going above and beyond with customer service, ensuring all questions, cancellations and confirmations are addressed appropriately.
- Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call Centre metrics while providing excellent Customer service.
- Guide client through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the product or services.
- Able to adapt to different situations and individuals.
- To work shifts patterns.
Team Support
- Keep your Team Leader informed on client or technical issues.
- Supporting the Team Leader with training and guiding new Joiners.
- Ability to work as shifts, 8 hours a day including 1 hour break.
Reporting to the Team Leader
- To keep the Team Leader aware of client / customer call requests.
- Ensure Team leader is informed and included on all communication.
- Support the Team Leader with distance selling, exchange, availability requests.
- Communicate with your Team Leader related to client call issues or escalations.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures and to follow your monthly Rota.
- To ask your team leader approval for any shift changes, Annual leave.
- To inform your team leader if you are sick before 4 hours from your shift.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in relevant computer applications
- Required language proficiency
- Knowledge of call center telephony and technology
- Experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Good data entry and typing skills
