Job Description :
- Ensure, control and coordinate the proper realization of the Ruya B1 FEED and EPCs. Ensure the good progress of process engineering in compliance with project specifications and procedures, time schedule, required level of quality and safety
- Identify and manage Phase3.1 surface technical decisions to be made. Define and manage clear way forward for these decisions to be made and agreed within Engineering phase time schedule.
- Monitor closely the process engineering progress, define all actions and manage them to secure the design realization.
- Work closely with Ruya B1 Head of Engineering and Package Engineering Coordinators to coordinate and manage process engineering interfaces with other disciplines and other THE COMPANY parties.
- Provide the process technical support to MP process engineers and takes part as a lead to arbitration to be made.
- Manage the Ruya B1 Process Engineering activities and ensure high performance within the team.
- Review and approve, in accordance with applicable procedures and requirements, the dynamic simulation calculations reports, P&IDs, datasheets, material selection, control and safety philosophies, sizing calculations, H&M balances, etc.
- Define, follow up and evaluate the process discipline studies to be carried out by Contractors
- Work with Project PMT to ensure quality development of CFT packages for EPC stage an attend the technical clarifications as directed by PMT Team.
- Promote & comply with applicable safety instructions and other THE COMPANY HSEQ procedures in all activities
- Carry out work in compliance with the company values and policies, relevant laws and regulations, agreed THE COMPANY priorities and objectives, the company standards and procedures and good industry practices,
- Identify any optimization in the design dossier to be implemented in the early stage of concept design,
- Promote alternatives for process design to reduce and optimise the offshore installations weight,
- To supervise and promote cost-saving solutions in the design of the offshore installations,
- Identify potential deviations from the the company referential and report these to the Engineering Manager for final decision on whether or not to implement.
Qualifications & Experience Required
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in process engineering,
- Experience: minimum 15 years’ experience, and minimum 3 years as Lead Process Eng. in process field in Oil and Gas activities. Extensive experience in process engineering and flow assurance with relevant experience within the offshore oil and gas production industry,
- Familiar with the company, Total GS, MOQ standards and relevant codes and standards,
- Language: Fluent English.
- Computer literate, especially in process simulation.
- Strong leadership skills and good communication skills
- Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment
- Good analytical skills
