1. CGM to deliver monthly sales. A clubs3 sales and B clubs 4 sales per month. (No walk inns, no phone inn, only new Sales)

2. CGM is responsible for daily KPI’s of Sales, Fitness, OTC and Renewals (i.e Leads Management inspection, Renewal BP’s, etc. based of directive from Regionals)

3. CGM takes full accountability of the RS and Front Desk Collections/OTC result.

Annexure B

Manages the Sales Manager to achieve 100% of sales revenue and units

Manages the Fitness Manager to achieve 100% of PTS, PTC and SS

Manages the CRM to achieve Renewals budget and a net gain as per HO budget for your club

Manages the Group X Manager to keep red line classes and cost per head within budget

5. Manages the FDM/OM to control access into the club, and achieve 100% of collection and renewals budget

Oversees the New Member Induction Process with a view to increasing member retention

Manages the MT to ensure all equipment and facilities are always fully functional

Manages all aspects of Health & Safety within the facility, ensuring a safe environment for all guests

Manages the Rota of every department, ensuring the club is always covered and fully manned

Manages cleaning and hygiene standards to achieve overall member satisfaction

Manages all financial aspects: petty cash, till float, marketing material, consumables stock, deliveries.

Enforces the uniform policy and code of conduct consistently across all departments

Conducts regular, documented meetings with HODs and club staff

Conducts company specific training, or any training that is required to upskill staff to extract maximum performance from them

Submits daily, weekly and monthly reports within the specified timeframes

Leads by example by adhering to his/her own working hours, as set out by COO

Manages all aspects of customer service to achieve maximum member satisfaction

Is responsible for the overall profitability of the club, managing revenue and expenses to achieve a positive EBITDA

Respectfully follows any reasonable instruction given by his/her line manager

Key Required Skills and Knowledge

1. Possesses impeccable leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff to achieve maximum results

2. An acute eye for detail, being able to identify weaknesses within the business and implement internal systems to turn weaknesses into strengths

3. Displays a high level of organizational skills to be able to coordinate all departments to create a fluid team driven towards a common goal

4. A calm and approachable character with whom staff and members can have open dialogue

5. Displays advanced knowledge of all the operations of a health club

6. Possesses a natural ability to identify and maximize new revenue streams and marketing opportunities within their catchment area

7. Extremely well presented i.e., excellent verbal and written communication, neatly groomed, professionally dressed.

(Qualification)

Qualifications include:

• Degree in business management or sales management
• Minimum advanced diploma in the above (if no degree attained)
• Diploma level Fitness qualification – personal training or group exercise
• Minimum 2-3yrs experience managing a health or sports club
