      • Infrastructure Development

      • Sales Force Development

      • New Market Development

      • Appointment of Distributors and SS

      • Achievement of Primary & Secondary Sales

      • Increase in Market Share

      • Drive Discipline in team

      • Ensure 100% usage of SFA / DMS Application

      • Recruitment, Training and Selection of Team Members

      • Coaching and Mentoring of Team Members

      • Stakeholder Management

      • Develop and Maintain cordial relationship with Clients and Customer

      • Responsible for Last Mile Execution

      Requirements:

      1. Minimum of 7-10 yrs of General Trade Experience
      2. Good Communication Skills – English and Local Language
      3. Understanding of Topography / Geography
      4. Should have handled 5 to 7 Sales Officers
      5. Good Networking Skills

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
      • Previous experience in technical sales
