Manage, direct, and control daily finance and accounting processes
* Provide adequate support to the finance \ accounting team
* Maintain and develop standard accounting procedures to improve financial operations efficiency and ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
* Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
* Producing and analyzing financial reports related to Financial statements budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
* Reporting to management and stakeholders, and providing advice on the company’s current and future business decisions and its impact on the operations
* Strategize on fund procurement through banks and other financial institutions.
* Provide financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance of the organization.
* Analyzes revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets and suggest improvement measures in key performance ratios
* Maintains an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents.
* Liaison with the internal and statutory/external auditor, ensuring timely completion of audit and audit related requirements
* Ensuring timely filing of direct and indirect tax returns within the prescribed period and dealing with the tax authority as and when required for information seeking, tax assessment requirements or others
* Any other finance and accounts related matter deemed important for company’s operations
