  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related science discipline with 4 years of relevant work experience and 2 years in IT Service Management Service Tools like Manage Engine, BMC-Remedy, Service Now…etc.. and Project Management Tools like Microsoft Project, Clarizon, Planview…etc.
  • OR Two years college diploma in a related discipline with 6 years of relevant work experience and 2 years in IT Service Management Service Tools like Manage Engine, BMC-Remedy, Service Now…etc.. and Project Management Tools like Microsoft Project, Clarizon, Planview…etc.

Skills/Knowledge

  • Proficiency in English (Spoken & Written)
  • Proficiency in documentation and report writing – MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint presentations
  • Expertise with ITIL and Project Management processes.
  • Knowledge of Risk Management
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel
  • Knowledge of computer and/or network security systems, applications, IT Infrastructure, Licenses, procedures and techniques

Job Description

  • Configure and Implement Project Management Processes/Knowledge areas in Project Management solution.
  • Configure and Implement IT Service Management Processes/Functions & IT Software Development Best Practices in IT Service Management Solution (ITSM).
  • Supporting the PMO and IT Service Delivery, Governance technical routine activities and always striving for a profitable outcome for the company adherence to the SLA and a working solution for the client.
  • Arrange and facilitate scheduled Quality & Standards reviews sessions and handle relevance administrative tasks.

Adhering to the policies and the procedures followed by the Company

  • Configure service performance dashboard in ITSM and set auto reports.
  • Provide support to implement ITIL processes in the ITSM as per the best practice.
  • Configure programs/project teams in project management tool and set auto reports.
  • Support to implement processes and procedures for the service desk liaising with Superiors and IT Service Desk function.
  • Facilitate all audit reviews, internal and external and report the status of audit findings till closure.
  • Track with Digital teams the progress of audit findings as per the closure target date.
  • Assist in the execution of the annual compliance plan of processes implementation maturity.
  • Providing flexible, hands-on delivery support and assisting with effective communication between PMO and project managers.
  • Support project managers and other colleagues to use the PMO tool these consistently and effectively.

Provide a guidance to colleagues across the organization/department to develop users capabilities to leverage the

  • usage of the PMO tool.
  • Ensure that all assigned tasks are delivered in a professional, efficient, safe manner in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations of the company.
  • Support the team during the preparation of tendering process for utilizing the appropriate technology of the section performance.
  • Perform any related assigned tasks by line manager.

Facilitate vendor selection and functionality on PPM solutions that align with organizations’ business and strategic vision
