Looking for a Receptionist Cum Catering Assistant to join our team:
Job description:
- Greeting customers and visitors with positive attitude.
- Providing catering support with receiving online orders and assinging to concern person.
- Answering call and taking orders from customers.
- Processing with the orders and follow up with the customers
- Assisting colleages with administrative task.
- Corresponding with Email, scheduling with appointments and taking notes.
- Order office supplies and keep inventory on stock
Requirement :
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Preferred with a Bachelor degree or Diploma
- Must be Bilingual
- Preferred 1 -2 years of work experience
- Strong organization skills
