We are looking for applicants who possess the following capabilities:
- Basic cooking knowledge and knife skills are preferred.
- The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and the willingness to respond positively to criticism are necessary.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar post
- At least 2 years of experience in a 4-5 stars hotel
- Possess the ability to quickly and authoritatively delegate job tasks to a the staff
- Very good planning and directing food preparation
- Ability to sort out the problems that arise in the kitchen and seizing control of a situation at a moment’s notice.
- Calm under Pressure.
- Strong personal integrity and honesty.
- Team Player. Able to listen, communicate, and work well with people.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, write and verbally communicates effectively and professionally with other business departments, management, guests, and vendors.
