Answering to emails;
Advising the best to guest;
Preparing itinerary of the tours
Preparing packages as per the guest needs
Preparing quotations as per the itinerary
Invoicing services to direct guest or corporate companies
Doing business contract with companies;
Following the operation of the day
Analyze all holidays to check that every detail is perfect for the client ;
Active listening skills, as this is essential to understanding the specific needs of each tour group.
Make arrangements for transportation.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: OMR 200.00-300.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Muscat: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
