Key accountabilities Should be able to write effective Project Management plans, technical reports, notes from the scratch and submit them to the Base Operation Managers review and signature in the agreed timely manner Conduct periodic reviews of the project SOPs, plans Should be able to understand the Quality and Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) requirements related to projects Should be able to identify, correct and escalate all non-compliances related to MNW, projects and others works as directed by the line manager Should be able to investigate all non-compliances related to inspections, audits, near misses, incidents, and accidents with-in the department. Implement immediate corrective actions.
What we are looking for in our candidates: Ability to work to tight deadlines in a demanding environment Ability to liaise in a professional and persuasive manner with staff at all levels in the organization and with the client High knowledge in reading technical reports, design drawings and design calculations Strong organizational skills, detail oriented and the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines and schedules.
Specific requirements Proficiency in English language (Speaking, Writing and Reading) Background in Civil Construction or Facilities Management Experience working on MS Projects, MS Visio, Auto CAD and CAFM systems.
