Full Job Description
We are looking for a Pest Control Manager -In-Country hire only.
Immediate placement if selected
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Must be in Qatar.
- Must have minimum 5 years’ experience in pest control field. GCC experience preferred
- In-depth knowledge of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principles
- Experience managing a team of 10 or more employees
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a Business plan by building relationships with Clients
- Manage and grow existing customer base by understanding and anticipating customer needs
- Inspect properties regularly to identify potential pest problems and ecommend preventive measures
- Keep accurate records of all pest control activities, including the type of pests found, treatment methods used, and results achieved
- Investigate complaints from customers regarding pest problems and take appropriate action to resolve the issue
- Develop and implement long-term pest management plans for commercial and residential properties
