Full Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the factory manager.
- Follow up the production process, such as design, install, monitor and develop all systems affecting the manufacturing cycle of products.
- Able to develop and maintain efficient manufacturing systems, producing the maximum volume of high-quality products at the lowest cost, and in the shortest time.
- Arrange, plan and schedule the production staff.
- Deciding on the effective use of resources, e.g. raw materials, equipment and staff.
- Develop, draw and design any requested products from the administration.
- Start and operate the machines, with a full supervision on the foremen and technicians.
- Investigating ways in which the latest technology could improve the productivity rate of the manufacturing system.
- Follow direction of the Superior.
- Follow all company rules and regulations.
- Plan the routine maintenance of plant, equipment and machinery,
- Attend breakdowns, diagnose faults and oversee time-critical repairs.
- Follow up the preventive maintenance for all the machines and equipment.
- Repair and fix any mechanical or electrical malfunctions.
- Should be involved in all stages of manufacturing process.
- Should be involved in the installation and commissioning process.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly scorecards, dashboards and KPIs.
Qualification and Skills
- High attention to detail, and the ability to optimize production processes for maximum
- The ability to build relationships with clients quickly.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
- Hardworking, persistent, and dependable.
- Positive and enthusiastic.
- Self-Motivated.
- 3 Years Experience in the same role in Carpentry Factory.
- Bilingual with Arabic as the primary language and with business fluency in English.
- Valid Kuwaiti Driving License.
- Currently in Kuwait with Transferable VISA 18.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: KWD 500.00-700.00 per month
