Responsibilities:
Manage a team of installers who are responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing wooden products like Doors, Kitchens and Wardrobes.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Manage a team of installers who are responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing wooden products like Doors, Kitchens and Wardrobes.
- Manage his team in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
- Provide the direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
- Responsibility for follow up of resolving customer satisfaction.
- Perform with several departments related to installation projects.
- Maintain tools, vans and other equipment on a weekly basis.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (architecture, interior design or a relevant field).
- 3 up to 10 years of experience in woodworking site activities.
- Experience in the same industry (woodworking) is a MUST.
- Should be result oriented, customer oriented and strong leadership.
- Very good in English and Arabic is a must.
- Valid Kuwaiti Driving Licenese.
- Currently in with Transferable VISA 18
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: KWD 400.00-600.00 per month
License/Certification:
- Kuwaiti Driving License (Required)
