We are seeking an experienced, talented leader to join our company as a Marketing Operations Lead. As part of our senior marketing team, you are responsible for planning, managing, and executing projects related to marketing campaigns all within deadlines. You develop a high-level view of our marketing operations and procedures and implement new processes to eliminate inefficiency, improve client relationships, and support overall business objectives.
What you’ll be doing:
- Responsible for planning, managing, and executing projects related to marketing campaigns all within deadlines.
- Oversee all aspects of marketing department operations, delivering regular reports tol leadership.
- Ensure smooth cross-functioning of different sub-departments. On-site, CRM
- Hire and train new staff and promote talented team members to positions of greater responsibility.
- Implement new processes to improve marketing department efficiency and agility, especially with internal team relations.
- Communicate with end users and executive management and manage coordinated development and testing activities between departments.
- Analyze online metrics to maximize ROI.
- Improve natural search by optimizing the app and on-site layout.
- Create wireframe designs and documentation supporting application requirements.
What we’re looking for:
- At least 3 years of experience in a marketing project management role, within a marketing department or agency
- Proven track record of leadership
- Excellent communication, management, and problem-solving skills
