As a Tapster You Will:
- Identify the most promising merchants and prospects that will help you grow a healthy pipeline
- Sell our new cross-border payment solutions and services to merchants through cold calling, meetings, networking, events, etc.
- Help new merchants evaluate Tap Payments and handle detailed questions about our product capabilities
- Prepare thorough presentations and proposals for prospective merchants
- Handle the sales process and act as the main point of contact for merchants and partners
- Maintain a solid, well-organized portfolio and nurture key accounts
- Collaborate with other Sales Teams to share the best business practices, key business insights, and industry trends
What You Bring to the Party:
- 3-5 years of sales experience in the tech industry, ideally with knowledge of the payments space.
- Demonstrated experience in mentoring junior sales staff
- Work experience in the MENA region
- Solid network of potential prospects or partners in the region
- Excellent knowledge of Pipedrive is a plus
- Tech-savvy, with a passion for Technology
- Excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to think creatively and outside the box
- Solid understanding of market insights and awareness of financial factors
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills and techniques
- Highly organized and able to prioritize shifting workloads and responsibilities effectively
- Fluent in English & Arabic is a plus
