Full Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented bilingual accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English, and ability to read Arabic. As well as experience in Xero accounting software.
Responsibilities:
- Recording all financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner
- Preparing financial statements including balance sheets, cash flow statements, and income statements
- Generating invoices and processing payments to staff and vendors
- Assisting with budget preparation and financial forecasting
- Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards
- Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Fluency in both English, and ability to read Arabic
- Proven experience as an accountant
- Knowledge of accounting software (i.e. Xero)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
This is a part-time position.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: KWD 150.00-250.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kuwait City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
