About Company
The hotel features 310 comfortable rooms and suites, modern meetings and events facilities, a business centre and an executive lounge. Eleven world-class restaurants and bars, consisting of two internationally award winning outlets, provide remarkable dining experiences.
Two swimming pools and a kids pool, a kids club and a tennis court, along with various outdoor and water sport activities will ensure an exciting and adventurous time. The hotel leisure facilities also feature a luxurious spa and a fully equipped health club.Job Descriptions
- Assist in leading the restaurant efficiently in costs and expenses, constantly delivering the highest quality as well as driving high top-line revenue and profit.
- Train employees to ensure that they have the necessary skills to perform their duties with the maximum levels of productivity and efficiency.
- To assist in conducting monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies.
- Assist in communication within the restaurant and attend daily/weekly outlet meetings with the Culinary Team and foster teamwork to constantly develop the restaurant for more success.
- Assist in producing reports and analysis of the outlet and attend the monthly performance meeting.
- Support activities and cooperation with the suppliers.
- Ensure that the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organised at all times.
- Be knowledgeable of all services and products offered by the hotel.
- Have an understanding of the monthly profit and loss statement of the department.
- Be knowledgeable to operate the existing POS system based on the trained responsibility level as assigned in the department.
